Meet Me: My name is Anthony Rizo. I have a loving and gorgeous wife, Tara, and 4 absolutely beautiful and wonderful children (Hartley, Hudson, Hope, and Hadley). We moved to Knoxville at the beginning of 2021 in order to be closer to my family in Sevierville. My wife and I also both grew up vacationing and visiting Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Smokies, so this area has always held a special place in our hearts. We decided it would be a great place to raise our children and plant some roots.
In addition to my work as a real estate photographer and videographer, I am also a Knoxville police officer. That definitely keeps me busy and I enjoy it very much, but I also enjoy the more laid back world of photography and videography. Besides quality work, which should be expected in any field of work, my number one focus is on building and providing a good customer experience. Photographers are a dime a dozen so I believe in order to stand out from the rest, you have to provide a quality experience beyond just providing quality work. Listed below are the things I find most important in my business.
Core Values
Pride.
My work is a direct representation of my professional and personal self. I take pride in making sure corners are not cut when providing you with quality images and video. I understand that my work is also a representation of you to your client. When your client places trust in you and you, in turn, place trust in me, you expect quality work.
Details.
It’s the little things. While I recognize time is everyone’s most valuable asset, I make a distinct effort to cover the small things. Whether that’s de-cluttering a counter for a shot, changing out a blown light bulb, or taking a little extra time to edit out an unsightly electronic cord, I want to make sure you are getting the quality you deserve and are paying for.
Relationship.
I believe in fostering and nurturing a good relationship with my clients. There are a lot of photographers out there of equal value when it comes to actual content quality. I believe in focusing on the intangibles of a business relationship to create more value for my clients.
Trust.
My goal is for you to trust what you want is what you will receive and that you will need to do little to no work to make that happen. I also understand trust takes time to build and establish.
Accommodating.
Things happen. Plans change. What you thought you wanted ended up being a little different than what we discussed originally. I understand and I aim to be flexible with my scheduling, editing, and delivery.
Decency.
I believe in simply being a decent and kind human being. I do my best to treat others the way I would want to be treated, recognizing there is a mutual benefit when we are all working together to the best of our ability.
